Supports Epic Referrals throughout analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, optimization, and go-live activities. Collaborates with healthcare stakeholders to analyze workflows, translate requirements into Epic solutions, document configurations, troubleshoot issues, and support an Epic Back to Foundation initiative. This remote contract role requires Epic Referrals certification and prior hospital or healthcare experience.

Provides client-facing healthcare revenue integrity consulting across assessments, implementations, optimization, stabilization, and support engagements. Reviews Chargemaster structures, charge capture, revenue codes, billing workflows, compliance risks, and revenue leakage within Epic Hospital and Professional Billing. Develops recommendations for improved financial performance, billing accuracy, denial prevention, and operational efficiency while collaborating with clinical, financial, operational, and IT stakeholders.

Serve as primary support contact for Epic applications (Cadence, Prelude, HB Billing). Analyze reports and EHR technical issues, perform maintenance and system testing, document configurations and tickets, liaise between end users and implementation teams, recommend enhancements, participate in training and project meetings, and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Designs, builds, tests, implements, monitors, and supports Epic interfaces using Epic Bridges and Infor Cloverleaf. Analyzes requirements, develops mappings and documentation, troubleshoots message and connectivity issues, monitors error queues, supports testing and go-live activities, participates in on-call rotation, and ensures secure, reliable healthcare data exchange following HL7, FHIR, X12, XML/JSON, and API standards.
