The Radiant/Cupid & Lumens Build Analyst will design, configure, and optimize Epic applications, collaborate with stakeholders, and support healthcare operations.

Provide executive leadership for revenue cycle transformation and Epic strategy, directing Epic implementations, optimization, and integrations. Lead enterprise billing, charge capture, coding, patient access, and centralized business office initiatives. Manage complex cross-functional programs, project governance, budgeting, risk mitigation, and change management. Drive process improvement, Lean/Agile initiatives, and mentor teams to improve financial performance and operational workflows across hospitals and ambulatory settings.
