Own and execute the integrations product roadmap, define strategy and priorities, manage vendor partner relationships, and coordinate with product, engineering, UX, business analysts, and external partners. The role requires deep mortgage loan origination experience, software product management expertise, technical understanding, agile and lean startup experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments.

Owns the mortgage platform’s product strategy, roadmap, feature prioritization, and execution. Analyzes market, customer, and competitive needs; acts as product evangelist and subject-matter expert; and collaborates with development and business analysis teams to deliver software products. The role requires mortgage loan origination expertise, experience building integration-heavy software products, familiarity with AI tools, technical and strategic judgment, agile development knowledge, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Create and deliver role-based training for Wilqo's Charlie product to customers and employees. Develop e-learning, videos, webinars, and in-person materials; partner with Product and Implementation teams; use assessments and metrics to evaluate adoption and refine content; leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation.
