As the Product Manager (Integrations), you will use an “Integrations as a Product” mindset to own, define, prioritize and execute on the integrations roadmap. You will be responsible for understanding the integration ecosystem and its impact on the business, products, and long-term strategy. You will work collaboratively with the Product, Development, and Business Analyst teams to align priorities for delivery.
You will be responsible for:
- Owning, creating and maintaining the product roadmap aligning it with the demands of the market and the strategic vision:
- Participating in setting the integration product strategy and priorities; and coordinating with the business, UX design and engineering to execute on that strategy.
- Creating and maintaining the integration product roadmap to illustrate your vision and plan for the future ensuring integrations align with the overall product roadmap.
- Serving as the SME for the vendor partner ecosystem:
- Gaining solid understanding of the ecosystem; learning what each vendor’s strengths and weaknesses are, what their customers like and don’t like and which are the best fit our product strategy.
- Working with partner organizations to ensure alignment both practically and strategically.
- Executing on the roadmap by working collaboratively with vendor partners, product, development and BA teams to move through the product life cycle at the pace required to meet business goals.
- 5+ years experience in the mortgage loan origination process (lender, software company, or service provider)
- 3+ years experience building successful software products with heavy reliance on 3rd party integrations
- Technical background strongly preferred
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Know how to lead without mandating
- Be comfortable bringing order to potentially ambiguous and complex situations
