Manages the intake, preparation, review coordination, execution, tracking, and organization of commercial contracts for modular construction projects. Prepares and redlines agreements, validates AI-assisted review findings, identifies discrepancies and risks, coordinates revisions and approvals, communicates with customers, maintains contract records and deadlines, and provides status reporting. The role also supports workflow improvements and escalates nonstandard terms or material negotiation issues.

Supports vendor and subcontractor onboarding by managing documentation, insurance tracking, system records, follow-up, research, and approval workflows. Maintains accurate vendor files, monitors expirations, coordinates with sourcing, risk, contract, and project teams, supports audits and reporting, and provides backup front desk coverage.

Maintains and enhances Salesforce across sales, quoting, contracting, operations, project management, and finance. Builds Flows, configuration, Apex, SOQL, CPQ functionality, reports, dashboards, integrations, and automated workflows. Troubleshoots user and data issues, supports testing and deployments, documents changes, gathers requirements, and assists with training. Works under technical guidance while progressively developing skills in custom development, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and solution design.
