Maintain a field-based schedule, represent the organization at events, execute outreach for underserved populations, streamline referral pathways with clinical teams, and track partnership metrics to inform growth.

Lead statewide expansion strategy and execution: build launch playbook, recruit clinical teams, ensure regulatory and payer readiness, form local partnerships, monitor launch KPIs, and define data-driven future expansion criteria.
