Teams at Willow Health

Build partnerships with behavioral health providers, hospitals, clinics, and community organizations across New York. Represent Willow Health at events, execute outreach to underserved populations, improve referral pathways with clinical and operations teams, and track partnership metrics to support growth. The role is field-based four days per week and requires strong relationship-building, communication, behavioral health knowledge, and familiarity with New York communities.

Build and manage regional partnerships with behavioral health providers, hospitals, and community organizations to expand access to Willow Health's virtual crisis care. Maintain a field-based schedule, represent the organization at events, execute outreach for underserved populations, streamline referral pathways with clinical teams, and track partnership metrics to inform growth.

Lead statewide expansion strategy and execution: build launch playbook, recruit clinical teams, ensure regulatory and payer readiness, form local partnerships, monitor launch KPIs, and define data-driven future expansion criteria.
