Coordinates facilities, reservations, resources, vehicles, cleanings, supplies, events, calendars, budgets, invoices, inventory, and operational systems across campuses. Resolves scheduling conflicts, maintains forms and reservation information, supports project processes, and assists with volunteer onboarding and compliance. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Leads churchwide leadership development by designing pathways for volunteers, interns, residents, staff, children, and students. Oversees internship and residency programs from recruitment through completion, develops volunteer and staff growth frameworks, manages the Development Operations Manager, and collaborates with church leadership. Also serves as a commissioned pastor through teaching, prayer, baptisms, communion, weddings, funerals, and related pastoral responsibilities.

Leads Willow Creek’s marketing, communications, digital, social, public relations, advertising, and SEO strategies across campuses. Owns the digital platform ecosystem and audience journey, drives demand generation and long-term growth, manages advertising performance, supports social media direction, and develops the Marcom team. Uses data and analytics to connect spiritually curious audiences with Willow Creek and guide them toward deeper engagement.
