Perform high-volume data entry and account research to ensure database accuracy during onboarding and transitions. Register homeowners, process and scan documents, update property tax and registered agent status, compile records, obtain data from prior management companies, liaise with internal teams, escalate issues, and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.

The Community Manager will engage with residents, oversee inspections, enforce rules, coordinate vendors, and manage HOA meetings.
