Lead preliminary and conceptual engineering, energy modeling, and ASHRAE Level I/II audits for telecom and data center facilities. Manage project schedules, prepare utility data and business cases, support business development, lead commissioning and implementation teams, and research emerging technologies. Requires travel and team leadership to deliver high-quality project deliverables.

Perform preliminary and conceptual engineering, energy analysis and modeling, ASHRAE Level I/II audits, support business development and project scheduling, extract utility data, use eQuest and Trane Trace 3D for modeling, assist implementation/commissioning teams, research emerging technologies, and deliver project development deliverables on schedule.

Lead regional business development for energy and performance contracting, cultivating C-level relationships, qualifying and closing guaranteed-savings projects, driving go-to-market strategy, coaching sales and engineering teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction and proposal delivery.
