Lead and manage an energy-efficiency sales team to meet utility program objectives. Drive pipeline, forecasts, quotas, recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and reporting. Align sales activities with utility contracts, support complex customer engagements and business development, coordinate with construction teams for audit quality, and execute marketing/outreach initiatives to deliver measurable energy savings and customer satisfaction.

Lead regional business development for energy and design-build engineering solutions. Cultivate executive relationships, qualify and close performance contracting and guaranteed savings opportunities, develop go-to-market strategy, coach sales and engineering teams, and ensure customer satisfaction and financial value for public sector and institutional clients.

Examine building plans for compliance with codes (architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, energy, accessibility), coordinate reviews with agencies, authorize permits and calculate fees, advise applicants and jurisdiction staff, submit workload and code interpretation reports, and assist public permitting counters.
