Leads inclusive workforce development and education programs supporting NYC building decarbonization. Designs training and career pathways, builds partnerships with unions, community organizations, schools, contractors, and MWBE firms, oversees curriculum and instructor delivery, develops Building Champion programs, connects graduates to jobs, tracks outcomes and KPIs, supports compliance assessments, and mentors staff and contractors.

Leads medium- to high-complexity energy engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, site visits, energy audits, data collection, engineering analyses, savings calculations, cost estimates, quality control, and technical deliverables. Identifies energy efficiency, electrification, demand reduction, and decarbonization opportunities; evaluates feasibility and cost effectiveness; manages stakeholder communication; tracks project risks; and mentors junior engineers. Supports custom and NMEC project development, measurement and verification, program improvements, and client recommendations.

Supports business development initiatives in the clean energy sector by identifying opportunities, coordinating outreach campaigns, developing proposals and presentations, conducting market research, and maintaining client and partner relationships. Collaborates with leadership, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and operations teams to align strategies, manage stakeholder input, and support revenue growth. The role may require travel of up to 40% for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
