Own commercial strategy and go-to-market execution for a wheat variety portfolio. Develop product positioning, launch plans, pricing, licensing input, channel strategy, market intelligence, and grower engagement. Coordinate with breeding, regulatory, sales, and research teams; manage the UK wheat breeding budget; support germplasm collaboration; and represent the company at field days and industry meetings.
