Lead accounting function and financial reporting, own month/quarter/year-end close, enforce internal controls, manage external audit and tax relationships, drive NetSuite ERP implementation and automation, oversee multi-state tax compliance, provide technical GAAP guidance, and develop/coach a high-performing accounting team to support senior leadership decision-making.

Serve as strategic HR partner to assigned business units, leading workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, DEI, training, engagement, HRIS optimization, and safety/return-to-work processes. Coach leaders, analyze HR metrics, support investigations, and implement HR initiatives that align people strategy with business objectives.

Manage and grow assigned strategic commercial and industrial accounts through consultative selling, relationship building, upselling, and regular account reviews. Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues, report insights via CRM, and drive revenue, retention, and account penetration while maintaining product and industry expertise.

Outside sales role focused on acquiring new commercial and industrial accounts, growing lubricant, fuel, and reliability services sales through consultative technical selling. Develops territory strategy, generates leads, manages pipeline and CRM, conducts presentations, closes deals, maintains existing accounts, performs business reviews, and collaborates with internal teams and manufacturers. Frequent travel required.
