Outside sales role responsible for acquiring new commercial and industrial accounts, growing lubricant, fuel, and reliability services sales, managing an existing book, developing pipelines, delivering technical consultative presentations, coordinating with internal teams and manufacturers, maintaining CRM records, and frequent territory travel (up to 90%).

Serve as strategic HR partner to assigned business units, leading workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, DEI, training, engagement, HRIS optimization, and safety/return-to-work processes. Coach leaders, analyze HR metrics, support investigations, and implement HR initiatives that align people strategy with business objectives.

Manage and grow assigned strategic commercial and industrial accounts through consultative selling, relationship building, upselling, and regular account reviews. Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues, report insights via CRM, and drive revenue, retention, and account penetration while maintaining product and industry expertise.
