Provides internal and external customer support for fuel, lubricant, cardlock, and delivery customers. Manages Salesforce cases, customer orders, back orders, quotes, reports, account information, delivery scheduling, and order tracking. Coordinates with sales, procurement, and operations to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction. Maintains customer documentation, supports administrative needs, trains new team members, and provides product and account assistance.

Supports cybersecurity compliance and IT governance by gathering audit evidence, maintaining security documentation, drafting policies and procedures, mapping controls to frameworks, tracking requests, and maintaining asset inventories. The intern also documents IT processes, researches cybersecurity standards, and assists with general IT tasks. This temporary, hands-on role is intended for a student or early-career candidate with basic IT and cybersecurity knowledge, strong organization, and attention to detail.

Provides hands-on HR support across workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, training, compliance, employee relations, DEI, recognition, and engagement. The role responds to employee inquiries, coordinates HR programs, supports workers’ compensation and OSHA recordkeeping, maintains HRIS and reporting processes, and partners with managers and HR leadership to foster a positive, compliant workplace.
