Leads strategic and technical development of digital inkjet inks, primers, coatings, and related technologies. Oversees formulation, validation, commercialization, scale-up, manufacturing transfer, continuous improvement, laboratory standards, customer technical support, and product launches. Manages a multidisciplinary development team, budgets, KPIs, and talent development while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Operations. Supports customer visits, technical presentations, supplier meetings, and industry conferences.

Perform general ledger accounting, account and bank reconciliations, payroll accruals, journal entries, intercompany and GRNI reconciliations, monthly close, financial reporting, expense allocations, and tax assistance. Provide financial information support to operations and complete additional accounting projects. The role requires accurate, organized work using ERP and financial software, with no supervisory responsibilities.

Manages and grows customer accounts for ink, coatings, and pressroom products within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative selling, product demonstrations, pricing negotiations, account planning, CRM updates, sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and coordinating with technical, production, credit, and corporate teams. The role is field-based and requires frequent territory travel, strong technical aptitude, and experience in B2B sales within printing, ink, coatings, or chemical industries.

Generates and processes customer invoices, verifies pricing and shipment data, resolves billing discrepancies, maintains accurate ERP records, monitors open invoices, supports revenue reporting, and ensures compliance with financial controls and documentation standards.

Supports and administers the organization’s ERP system, troubleshoots user and vendor issues, manages access permissions, and coordinates upgrades. Develops SQL queries, SSRS reports, dashboards, and data extracts for operational, financial, manufacturing, inventory, and customer reporting. Partners with departments on process improvements, training, documentation, data validation, audits, and system integrations. The role is fully on-site in a manufacturing and office environment.

Manages profitable growth, retention, and new business development for strategic customers across an assigned territory. Sells printing inks, coatings, primers, and related graphic arts solutions; develops account plans, pipelines, forecasts, pricing recommendations, and customer relationships. Coordinates technical trials, product commercialization, cross-functional support, receivables, and consignment practices. This field-based role requires regular customer travel, plant and pressroom visits, safety compliance, and occasional overnight travel.

Provides remote technical support for sales through flexo and litho ink troubleshooting, product selection, test runs, account transitions, customer training, and consumable sales growth. Performs data collection, analysis, and reporting while supporting printing trials and ensuring product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Requires frequent travel, including international travel, and flexible hours based on customer needs.
