Provides direct nursing care and clinical leadership for a 20-bed transitional care unit. Oversees nursing staff, conducts assessments and rounds, administers medications and treatments, develops care plans, coordinates physician and interdisciplinary services, supervises nursing assistants, ensures regulatory and infection-control compliance, and responds to resident needs.

Operates the cafeteria cash register, handles payments and reconciles receipts. Sets up and breaks down food service areas, maintains cleanliness and order, follows sanitation and infection-control procedures, and communicates supply needs. Requires basic math, money-handling ability, recipe and menu comprehension, and visual attention to cleanliness. This is a full-time, in-person weekday role with a 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. schedule.

Coordinates outpatient rehabilitation admissions by verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, scheduling therapy and physician visits, creating electronic medical records, collecting patient fees, and supporting daily clinic operations. Provides administrative and secretarial support, communicates with clinicians and payers, maintains accurate documentation, and helps ensure efficient patient flow and timely access to care.

Manages day-to-day nursing operations for a 20-bed transitional care unit under the Chief Nursing Officer. Oversees nursing staff, patient care management, professional standards, personnel development, supplies, equipment, and unit safety. Requires an active Massachusetts RN license, BSN, BLS/ACLS certification, and preferred SNF and supervisory experience.

Performs a variety of radiographic procedures using ionizing radiation to produce diagnostic images. Prepares procedure rooms, follows radiation safety, operates imaging equipment, and assists with clerical, transport, and ancillary department duties. Flexible scheduling for per-diem coverage required.
