Oversee daily security operations at Bal Harbour Shops: supervise officers, monitor cameras and alarms, conduct patrols and investigations, enforce policies, coordinate with law enforcement, train staff, maintain reports and security equipment, and provide customer-facing safety services.

Provide on-site patrol and incident response at Bal Harbour Shops; assist customers, tenants, and vendors; observe, investigate, document, and report safety hazards and incidents.

Coordinate tenant deliveries, design, permitting, and construction from lease execution through store opening. Serve as primary liaison between tenants and landlord, manage schedules, track submittals/approvals, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with lease, brand, and jurisdictional requirements.
