Provides first-level, in-person IT support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues. Documents incidents, escalates complex problems, and trains users on common applications. Maintains IT asset inventories, manages equipment procurement and lifecycle, audits inventory, and administers user access provisioning and deprovisioning. Collaborates with remote IT teams, vendors, HR, and department leaders on projects, critical issues, and access-control compliance.

Provide on-site patrol and incident response at Bal Harbour Shops; assist customers, tenants, and vendors; observe, investigate, document, and report safety hazards and incidents.
