Teams at White River Area Agency on Aging, Inc.

Provide front-office support for a local field office: answer calls, greet guests, manage data entry and electronic referrals, maintain client and personnel files, handle scheduling and EVV data, track billing/time records, distribute mail, complete reports, and assist with provider and client inquiries while adhering to agency policies.

Provide front-office management and financial administration for an assisted living community: billing, collections, payroll, AP/AR, resident funds, records, vendor reconciliation, resident/family communication, tours, and administrative support to the Administrator.
