Assists with fashion content, e-commerce, and campaign shoots, including shoot production, stock preparation, steaming, sample management, runsheets, and post-production image coordination. Communicates shoot requirements across departments, supports creative concepting and trend research, coordinates product shoots, and helps meet online product deadlines. The role requires strong organisation, time management, content creation skills, fashion styling knowledge, and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

Design products for women aged 18-30, collaborating with the team to develop garments and manage production processes. Requires negotiation with suppliers and quality assurance.

Lead seasonal trend forecasting and deliver commercially successful, on-brand collections. Create mood boards, colour palettes, prints and fabric stories. Oversee design process from concept to handover, lead and mentor the design team, manage timelines and workloads, and ensure creative direction aligns with customer and brand DNA.

Manage daily trading performance on White Fox's online platforms, lead the eCommerce team, enhance operational efficiency, and execute merchandising strategies.

Support paid media specialists and lead day-to-day affiliate marketing: brief partners, manage affiliate codes, reconcile transactions, brief creative assets, build and traffic paid social ads across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest, and maintain accurate media tracking and measurement.

Lead and own print and graphic direction across product categories; create trend-driven textile and graphic artworks; develop concept boards and colour stories; collaborate with Design, Buying and Product Development on placement and files; prepare artwork for factory handover; manage freelancers and strike-off library while balancing multiple fast-paced projects.

Support product listing creation and management, maintain and merchandise inventory across AU/US/UK storefronts, manage on-site search and content, coordinate with creative, buyers and developers for launches, maintain imagery/video, troubleshoot site issues, and improve customer UX.
