Lead and own print and graphic direction across product categories; create trend-driven textile and graphic artworks; develop concept boards and colour stories; collaborate with Design, Buying and Product Development on placement and files; prepare artwork for factory handover; manage freelancers and strike-off library while balancing multiple fast-paced projects.

Support the Product Development team across design, sampling and production: prepare measurement specs and tech packs, maintain garment tech standards and sample organization, manage supplier/sample communications, perform random QC checks, and conduct market research and trend forecasting to improve product development.

The Paid Social Specialist will manage and report on paid social campaigns, conduct A/B testing, collaborate with creative teams, and monitor budgets to drive performance in a fast-paced ecommerce context.
