Provides on-site customer support for vending solutions by setting up new customers, organizing and replenishing products, processing orders, following up on backorders, and resolving service issues. Maintains site visit records, reviews performance metrics, attends customer meetings, promotes products and services, and identifies opportunities to improve service and reduce costs. The role involves limited travel and some physical work, including stocking, shelf building, cleaning, and organizing industrial environments.

Designs and oversees enterprise systems and applications architecture, translating business and technical requirements into scalable solutions. Builds and validates AI, automation, cloud, and agent-based prototypes using Databricks and Microsoft technologies. Establishes architecture standards, reusable patterns, engineering practices, and DevOps processes while mentoring development teams and guiding solutions through production deployment. Evaluates emerging technologies and aligns infrastructure and application strategies with business goals.

Account Manager participants complete sales training, learn White Cap products and customer needs, prepare account plans, sell products, conduct jobsite and office sales calls, process customer orders, and develop customer and supplier relationships. The role requires extensive company or personal vehicle operation, an acceptable MVR, strong communication, organization, independence, accountability, and goal orientation.
