Generates new sales opportunities through outbound calls and email, responds to customer orders and quotations, prepares proposals, provides pricing, manages inventory, resolves service issues, tracks orders, and follows up on shipments and customer satisfaction.

Supports product strategy and category management through data analysis, insights, recommendations, research, and process-improvement projects. The intern presents findings to management, communicates roadblocks, resolves data inconsistencies, and contributes to business initiatives. The role requires strong Excel proficiency, analytical and communication skills, curiosity about AI, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Overnight travel is typically less than 10% of the time.

Provides HR support and counsel across staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, employee relations, and performance management. Advises managers on HR policies, investigates and resolves associate relations issues, supports recruiting activities, and recommends solutions to complex HR matters. The role operates independently, may oversee projects, and requires 5%–10% overnight travel.
