Teams at White Cap

Manage execution of rebar projects from setup through completion, including contract management, scheduling, coordination with detailers and production, reviewing shop drawings, resolving customer issues, and ensuring on-time delivery. Perform project planning, problem solving, and occasional special projects to support organizational goals.

Supervise inbound and outbound warehouse teams to ensure accurate, timely shipments and receipt of materials. Manage shipping/receiving records, inventory control, returns/repairs, safety, training, and KPI reporting. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement while monitoring staffing, workload, and performance.

Handle inbound and outbound sales via phone and email, process orders and quotes, provide product information and customer service, manage project tracking and issue resolution, perform estimating/take-offs, and pursue new business to meet quota and margin goals.
