Assist in a trauma-informed, Christ-centered summer childcare program serving elementary and middle school children. Support classroom activities using evidence-based curriculum and sensory tools, communicate with parents and staff, follow Wheeler Mission policies and Indiana standards, attend meetings, and help ensure child safety and program delivery during a temporary 28-hour weekly schedule.

Support Restored Creations social enterprise by training and supervising guests in production, leading devotions and skills groups, performing administrative tasks (assessments, tracking hours, reporting), managing inventory and order fulfillment, making deliveries, assisting with events and transportation, and using de-escalation and trauma-informed approaches while collaborating with the Program Manager.

Provide case management and recovery support for guests, including assessments, individualized care plans, crisis intervention, mentoring/discipleship, relapse prevention, advocacy, coordination with agencies, recordkeeping, group facilitation, and monitoring program compliance within a faith-based ministry.

Lead operational execution for Wheeler Mission by translating strategy into measurable operational plans, managing shelter operations, facilities, food services, safety, vendor relationships, and budgets. Strengthen accountability, develop metrics and reporting, ensure compliance and emergency preparedness, and mentor operational leaders to deliver safe, guest-centered services across Indianapolis locations.

Support month-end and year-end close, reconcile bank and general ledger accounts, post journal entries, manage purchase orders and credit card coding, prepare audit schedules and financial reports, and maintain accounting integrity using Financial Edge and Ramp.

Provide comprehensive case management and recovery support to guests in a residential addiction recovery program. Conduct assessments, create and monitor individualized care plans, coordinate services and external resources, facilitate groups, mentor staff, handle crisis intervention and relapse prevention, maintain documentation, attend court hearings, and uphold faith-based mission and program policies.
