The role requires faith-based ministry alignment, trauma-informed and de-escalation skills, collaboration with community agencies, occasional supervision of assistants or volunteers, and some evening and weekend work.

Provides case management for guests experiencing homelessness by assessing needs, developing and monitoring care plans, making referrals, advocating for guests, coordinating services, facilitating groups, supporting crisis intervention, maintaining confidential records, and monitoring program compliance. The role also assists guests with housing, employment, documentation, mental health support, trauma-informed care, and faith-based personal development.

Co-teach in a therapeutic preschool and early childhood classroom serving infants through preschoolers. Provide nurturing, trauma-informed, Christ-centered care; use evidence-based curriculum and sensory tools; communicate with parents, staff, and volunteers; document daily activities; follow organizational and Indiana policies; attend meetings; and support indoor and outdoor activities. The role requires lifting children, working variable weekday shifts, occasional field-trip travel, and completing required background, health, and substance testing.

Receive, presort, inspect, price and label donated items for thrift store sale. Greet donors, assist unloading, maintain warehouse organization, operate pallet jacks/forklifts, meet production goals, and occasionally perform cashier duties while adhering to mission and safety policies.

Provide case management and recovery support for guests, including assessments, individualized care plans, crisis intervention, mentoring/discipleship, relapse prevention, advocacy, coordination with agencies, recordkeeping, group facilitation, and monitoring program compliance within a faith-based ministry.
