Provides case management for guests experiencing homelessness by assessing needs, developing and monitoring care plans, making referrals, advocating for guests, coordinating services, facilitating groups, supporting crisis intervention, maintaining confidential records, and monitoring program compliance. The role also assists guests with housing, employment, documentation, mental health support, trauma-informed care, and faith-based personal development.

Co-teach in a therapeutic preschool and early childhood classroom serving infants through preschoolers. Provide nurturing, trauma-informed, Christ-centered care; use evidence-based curriculum and sensory tools; communicate with parents, staff, and volunteers; document daily activities; follow organizational and Indiana policies; attend meetings; and support indoor and outdoor activities. The role requires lifting children, working variable weekday shifts, occasional field-trip travel, and completing required background, health, and substance testing.

Provide case management to shelter guests: assess needs and strengths, develop and monitor written care plans, coordinate services and referrals, facilitate groups, lead crisis interventions, maintain records, and support guests toward housing, employment, and spiritual foundations within a faith-based program.
