Lead market analysis, segmentation, VOC, and competitive intelligence to define TAM/SAM, ICPs, value propositions, and GTM strategy. Translate insights into campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Rental, Parts and Service, and build processes, tools, and a high-performing team to drive pipeline growth across Construction, Mining, and Power & Energy.

Designs, develops, and delivers non-technical training including orientation, customer service, software, and leadership programs. Creates assessments, instructional materials, and facilitator/learner guides for online, virtual, and instructor-led formats. Partners with SMEs, maintains course content, facilitates group and one-on-one training, and provides refresher sessions to improve employee performance.

Assemble hose orders from drawings, pick tickets, or verbal instructions; manage hose and coupling inventory; meet production schedules and support warehouse operations. Provide exceptional customer service, participate in mobile hose van assignments, maintain a clean, safe work area, and collaborate with team members to meet customer needs.

Lead development and governance of brand strategy, corporate and internal communications, creative direction, PR/media relations, and content across channels. Build systems, tools, and processes, support marketing teams and OEM/channel alignment, manage sponsorships and reputation, measure brand performance, and scale a high-performing communications team.

Operate and set up manual and CNC machine tools to produce precision parts. Read blueprints, measure parts with precision instruments, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain records, and follow safety protocols.

Onboard and support customers using Caterpillar digital applications (Parts.Cat.Com, VisionLink, Cat Central). Create/manage user access, resolve login/password issues, provide phone/email/in-person assistance, track usage, coordinate with sales and product teams, support process improvements, and perform occasional travel to branches and customer sites.

Assist the Assistant Controller with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close by preparing reconciliations, posting payroll and recurring journal entries, maintaining cash, receivables, prepaid and accrual accounts, filing sales tax, coordinating corrections with departments, and supporting warranty and fleet reconciliations.
