Develop account plans, build relationships from jobsites to executive offices, identify project and cross-selling opportunities, negotiate rental agreements, coordinate service across branches, resolve escalations, maintain CRM records, and forecast revenue. The role requires frequent jobsite visits, statewide travel, construction-industry knowledge, strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to meet profitability and market-share goals.

Lead enterprise safety strategy and governance across branches to embed safety into daily operations using Lean and DMS. Drive regulatory compliance, risk reduction, data-driven KPIs, incident investigations, training, budgeting, and a high-performing safety team to reduce incidents and SIF potential.
