The Senior Recruiter sources and attracts talent, especially heavy equipment technicians, through community outreach, school partnerships, networking, events, and direct recruiting. Responsibilities include screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking records, reporting pipeline activity, supporting hiring managers, and promoting Wheeler’s employer brand. This field-based role requires regular travel to branches, schools, training centers, job sites, and events, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Leads the enterprise AI and Data Center of Excellence, owning data platforms, engineering, governance, AI and agentic AI governance, automation, software engineering, enablement, budgets, vendors, and team development. Establishes Microsoft Fabric architecture, responsible AI standards, agent harness controls, platform operations, security, compliance, and value measurement. Partners with IT and business leaders to deliver governed AI solutions, modernize software, improve processes, and drive digital transformation.

Own Wheeler Machinery’s visual identity and design system across print, web, digital, sales, retail, trade show, email, and social channels. Create polished, on-brand collateral, maintain brand guidelines and asset libraries, prepare print-ready files, coordinate with vendors, and manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing, sales, rental, and aftermarket teams while ensuring consistent, scalable design standards.
