Leads communications strategy and creates written, visual, and multimedia content for the YMCA. Responsibilities include storytelling, social media management, public and media relations, internal communications, brand stewardship, community engagement, and fundraising campaign support. The role develops stories about programs and community impact while managing communications across stakeholder groups and platforms.

Leads fundraising and development efforts across major gifts, annual campaigns, corporate partnerships, grants, capital initiatives, and donor stewardship. Builds relationships with donors, businesses, board members, volunteers, and community leaders; manages prospect cultivation, solicitations, campaign engagement, and donor recognition. Administers the donor CRM, oversees gift processing and reporting, analyzes fundraising performance, and partners with organizational leaders to connect priorities with funding opportunities.

Support and run youth sports clinics, camps, and leagues by coaching basic skills, supervising participants, managing equipment and game operations, keeping attendance, and ensuring safety through adherence to YMCA policies and required trainings.

Lead daily operations of a licensed before- and after-school program: plan developmentally appropriate activities, recruit/coach/supervise staff, maintain records and licensing, ensure safety and behavior support, partner with families and schools, and coordinate supplies and events.
