Support full-cycle HR and volunteer programs: recruit, onboard, and orient staff and volunteers; manage records and HR systems; coordinate employee communications, recognition, and engagement; assist with HR reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Lead daily operations of a licensed before- and after-school program: plan developmentally appropriate activities, recruit/coach/supervise staff, maintain records and licensing, ensure safety and behavior support, partner with families and schools, and coordinate supplies and events.

Supervise and engage elementary-aged children (5-12) before and after school; lead and assist with arts, games, STEM, and outdoor activities; ensure safety and inclusivity; communicate with parents, school staff, and supervisors; support site setup, cleanup, and daily operations.
