Partner with hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruiting for semiconductor and technical trades roles. Source and engage active and passive candidates, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, support hiring across US locations, and represent employer brand at events.

Develop and maintain semiconductor tool installation schedules using Primavera P6 and Hoylu; coordinate inputs across construction, facilities, vendors, and project teams; monitor schedule performance, identify risks and critical-path impacts, prepare KPI dashboards and reports, and facilitate schedule review and pull-planning to keep projects on track.

Perform EHS audits and inspections at customer sites to ensure regulatory and company compliance; lead incident investigations and corrective actions; deliver EHS training; communicate metrics and findings to stakeholders; liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams; prepare safety reports and manage hazardous materials handling.
