Manage and prioritize semiconductor tool decommissioning and deinstall activities, supervise field service engineers, ensure safety/compliance, attend customer meetings, produce daily/weekly reports, and drive team communication and continuous improvement.

The BIM Modeler will create and update BIM models, ensuring adherence to project standards, support QA/QC efforts, collaborate on design conflicts, and manage revisions based on design changes.

Conduct on-site and ad-hoc audits of field activities and engineers to ensure procedural, safety, and regulatory compliance. Improve and standardize service procedures, lead root cause analysis, drive corrective actions, document audit metrics, and support continuous process and safety improvements across teams and locations.
