Oversee daily operations and financial performance of an apartment property portfolio, manage up to 10 Property Managers, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare and monitor budgets, inspect properties, recruit and train staff, negotiate vendor contracts, optimize procedures and marketing, and support ownership and senior leadership on strategic and operational matters.

Oversee all day-to-day operations of an apartment community: supervise leasing and maintenance staff, manage budgets and KPIs, enforce policies and safety, handle resident relations, marketing, rent collection, reporting, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
