Responsibilities include project governance, key account management, sales pipeline development, proposal and commercial negotiations, stakeholder engagement, market expansion, risk management, reporting, and team coordination. The role requires regular travel and extended physical presence in Malawi, as well as oversight of multiple client engagements and projects within an SAP-focused IT consulting environment.

Own and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts by driving renewals, expansions and new sales. Manage end-to-end sales cycles, forecasting, pipeline hygiene, contract negotiations, cross-functional coordination, and customer value/retention activities while using SAP and ERP tools.

The SAP Functional Consultant supports clients in selecting and implementing SAP solutions, providing expertise in various SAP modules and ensuring project delivery aligns with best practices.

This role involves configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules, supporting project workshops, conducting system testing, and providing post-go-live support.
