Manage a portfolio of corporate customers, deliver tailored banking and lending solutions, grow relationships and identify new business, provide strategic market advice, and ensure compliance with AML, CCCFA and credit policies.

Technical lead providing hands-on engineering (~50%) and leadership (~50%) across up to two squads. Drive architecture, delivery quality, cloud/CI-CD practices, mobile/frontend excellence, manage technical debt, mentor teams, shape sprint goals, and ensure operational readiness and alignment with business strategy.

A 10–12 month Auckland-based graduate program within Westpac Digital offering hands-on exposure to product, customer experience, data, technology and delivery. Graduates will work with cross-functional teams, receive mentoring, structured learning, and opportunities to explore AI, automation and open banking, culminating in placement into a suitable ongoing role.
