Leads architecture across card issuing, servicing, payments, wallets, authentication, scheme integrations, and fraud controls. Influences enterprise technology decisions, manages complex implementations involving vendors and multiple squads, drives engineering excellence and operational resilience, and mentors senior technical leaders.

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable data platforms, pipelines, streaming solutions, APIs, and cloud data warehouses. The role emphasizes Java engineering alongside Snowflake, dbt, Python, SQL, Spark, Airflow, and Azure. Responsibilities include data modelling, workflow orchestration, performance optimisation, secure solution delivery, and collaboration with cross-functional teams using agile, DevOps, and cloud practices.

Manage and grow a portfolio of business banking customers by providing tailored lending and financial solutions. Responsibilities include assessing credit, preparing lending recommendations, building customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with internal specialists, maintaining risk disciplines, and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations.
