Build and support reliable data pipelines, ETL processes, integrations, and data assets for financial crime platforms. Ensure data quality, integrity, availability, reconciliation, and production support for transaction monitoring, customer risk assessment, sanctions screening, regulatory reporting, analytics, and audit remediation. Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, engineers, and vendors to investigate root causes and improve enterprise data capabilities.

Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 and contact centre platform solutions, build API and middleware integrations, and apply CI/CD, automation, testing, and DevOps practices. Support production systems, troubleshoot performance, contribute to architecture and solution design, and drive continuous improvement. Mentor engineers and help maintain strong engineering standards across Westpac’s modernised contact centre platforms.

Lead design and delivery of production iOS features, maintain code quality and security, mentor mobile engineers, collaborate with product and cross-functional teams, and support QA, automation and release processes.
