Administer SWIFT applications, implement and test product features, maintain reliable production systems, document SDLC activities, and participate in on-call and after-hours support. Apply DevOps practices, deployment automation, monitoring tools, containerization, and performance-focused application maintenance.

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate banking clients across New Zealand. Provide lending advice, structure financial solutions, identify new business opportunities, prepare credit submissions, maintain portfolio health, and ensure compliance with risk, AML, and CCCFA requirements. Build long-term relationships with customers, brokers, accountants, and internal product specialists while representing Westpac in the market.
