Partner with senior leaders to prioritise delivery roadmaps, drive change adoption, manage governance and performance reporting, identify risks and opportunities from business insights, and provide leadership continuity as needed.

Lead analysis of business customer behaviour across digital channels, combining data, feedback, and journey insights to identify pain points and opportunities. Build toolkits and dashboards for Relationship Managers, inform product and pricing strategy, deliver sector and competitive intelligence, influence senior stakeholders, and define/track success metrics and reusable playbooks to drive measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
