Supervises behavioral health staff and coordinates Student Assistance Program services for students across assigned school districts. Oversees assessment, intake, case management, referrals, service linkage, documentation, reporting, billing, compliance, staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. Collaborates with schools, managed care organizations, county personnel, treatment providers, and community agencies to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance. Provides direct consultation, case monitoring, crisis problem-solving, and program implementation support.

Provides community-based targeted case management for children, transitional-age youth, and adults. Assesses client needs, develops service plans, coordinates resources and providers, monitors progress, delivers crisis intervention, advocates for clients, and maintains compliant documentation. The role includes interdisciplinary collaboration, community outreach, after-hours on-call participation, and assistance with housing, education, vocational, behavioral health, and independent-living goals.
