Westmoreland Casemanagement and Supports, Inc. (WCSI) is a private non-profit organization dedicated to helping children, adults, and families in need of mental health and intellectual disability services. WCSI works in partnership with individuals impacted by behavioral health challenges to provide essential services, personal empowerment, and the promotion of wellness, serving as a base service unit for behavioral health and intellectual disability services in Westmoreland County.
