Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Director of Talent Acquisition & People and related departments. Responsibilities include calendar, meeting, travel, correspondence, onboarding and offboarding coordination, employee record maintenance, recruitment event support, reporting, project tracking, employee engagement initiatives, cross-functional communications, and confidential information management.

Provide critical care nursing during ground transports for unstable adult and pediatric patients. Rapid assessment, monitor and manage ventilators, invasive lines, infusion pumps, administer medications and blood products, perform procedures as ordered, communicate with receiving facilities, and collaborate with EMTs/paramedics to ensure safe, timely transport and excellent patient outcomes.
