The Principal Analyst - FP&A provides strategic financial insights and reporting for the North America Compounds business, driving pricing and margin strategies, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

Responsible for processing supplier invoices, managing discrepancies, ensuring compliance, reconciling statements, and maintaining supplier records in a timely manner.

Support month-end close and plant cost accounting by preparing and entering journal entries, coding invoices, performing reconciliations, and producing monthly management reports. Learn and use SAP, BPC, Excel, and other MS tools. Collaborate with plant personnel, assist post-close reporting, and participate in continuous improvement and project teams under supervision of senior accountants and managers.
