Lead plant accounting for assigned manufacturing site including P&L ownership, month/quarter/annual close, reconciliations, variance and inventory analysis, forecasting and budgeting, fixed asset and GRIR management. Support audits, drive continuous improvement, prepare reporting packages, and partner with operations and corporate functions to ensure accurate financial controls and decision-support.

Support HRIS operations, inbox management, system implementations, testing, and reporting. Produce standardized HR analytics, assist HR SMEs with data analysis, and participate in process improvement and special HR projects.
