Monitors chemical plant operations, troubleshoots process and mechanical issues, improves production efficiency, quality, safety, and profitability, and supports product development and plant projects. Coordinates with engineering, customer service, sales, and production teams; investigates operating expenses; updates process documentation and emergency procedures; and provides technical support for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Leads financial strategy, FP&A, accounting oversight, reporting, controls, SOX compliance, capital allocation, and value creation for the Housing & Infrastructure Products segment. Partners with operational and commercial leaders on budgets, forecasts, profitability, M&A, investments, working capital, and performance improvement. Oversees audits, standardization, financial systems, and a high-performing finance and accounting team across a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment.

Manages enterprise software assets, licensing compliance, entitlements, utilization, and ServiceNow Software Asset Management. Provides advanced IT customer support, handles service requests, escalates issues, documents resolutions, develops SAM policies and procedures, identifies cost savings, supports ITSM operations, and contributes to continuous-improvement projects.
