Leads global master data quality and governance, manages onshore and offshore teams, and develops data quality standards, playbooks, dashboards, validation rules, and automated monitoring. Collaborates with business, IT, finance, sales, operations, and customer service stakeholders to resolve root causes, improve data integrity, support reporting, and maintain master data across enterprise systems. Serves as the organization’s data quality subject matter expert.

Supervises centralized global master data teams and optimizes customer, vendor, supplier, and material data processes. Ensures accurate and timely master data creation, performs quality checks and cleanup, maintains governance standards, and partners with plant and corporate leaders. The role also develops training materials, mentors staff, resolves issues, drives process improvements, and promotes collaboration across a matrixed manufacturing environment.

Manage ERP master data governance across SAP and JDE platforms. Lead data quality issue resolution, stewardship, standards, policies, documentation, metrics, training, and continuous process improvement. Partner with business and data management leaders to align practices with the Global Template, influence stakeholders, mentor teams, resolve conflicts, and improve data quality across a complex manufacturing environment.
