Drive sales and market share for Westlake stone products across South Texas and Louisiana by building relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and distributors. Develop territory plans, run demos and trainings, attend trade events, collaborate with regional sales, manage forecasts and financial metrics, recommend market-driven changes, and submit sales reports. Use CRM and MS Office tools; travel 25-45% and follow CMHA installation guidance.
