Develops RFx packages, coordinates evaluations, analyzes supplier proposals, supports negotiations, drafts contracts, and manages sourcing timelines, approvals, renewals, and records. Partners with Category Managers, engineers, technical stakeholders, Legal, and suppliers to translate requirements into agreements. The role focuses on aircraft components, repair services, OEM products, leasing, exchange programs, and MRO services.

Leads technical administration and operational support for commercial technology systems serving Marketing, Guest Experience, Sales, and Cargo. Responsibilities include incident, problem, change, and release management; troubleshooting; requirements gathering; application enhancements; sprint leadership; documentation; security posture ownership; vendor coordination; audit participation; on-call support; and analyst mentorship.

Develops revenue analytics, business intelligence solutions, data models, automated pricing and inventory tools, reports, and decision-support systems. Translates Revenue Management and Pricing business problems into actionable insights, supports system migrations and administration, conducts testing, automates routine processes, and represents the business on cross-functional projects.
