Leads daily aircraft maintenance operations, assigns workloads, coordinates scheduled, unscheduled, and AOG maintenance, ensures regulatory and quality compliance, and supports on-time dispatch. The role provides technical guidance, completes maintenance releases, manages manpower planning, collaborates with internal teams and vendors, coaches employees, promotes workplace safety, and performs hands-on aircraft maintenance and inspections.

Lead WestJet Rewards’ loyalty fraud program, including fraud strategy, prevention, detection, incident response, recovery, governance, and performance reporting. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across cybersecurity, technology, analytics, legal, finance, digital, and support teams. Identify emerging risks, establish controls and processes, manage fraud incidents, guide recovery efforts, and provide senior leadership with recommendations on fraud trends, risks, and priorities.

Leads WestJet’s enterprise Total Rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, pension, and savings programs. Oversees specialized teams, pay equity, executive compensation, collective agreement implementation, benefits renewals, financial modeling, compliance, vendor partnerships, communications, and transformation initiatives. Advises senior leaders and the Compensation & Governance Committee while ensuring programs are competitive, sustainable, legally compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.
