Lead the finance function including preparation of annual financial statements, month- and year-end close, internal controls, audits and statutory reporting, oversee transactional finance activities, and provide strategic financial leadership to support business decisions.

Assist the Senior Farm Manager in managing year‑round subtropical fruit operations (spraying, picking, irrigation, fertilising, avocado and mango harvesting), oversee budgets and resources, ensure accreditations and H&S compliance (including ISO45001 support), conduct audits, manage recruitment and labour relations, and develop subordinate staff to maximize yield and quality.
