Interim D365 consultants (Finance and Supply Chain) will implement and optimise Dynamics 365 across the German business, configure AWMS and finance modules, support testing and UAT, ensure German tax and DATEV compliance, deliver training and hypercare, and collaborate with the global ERP team to drive deployment and process improvements.

Support the Dutch sourcing team with administrative tasks: maintain and analyse sourcing reports, monitor vessel arrivals and stock movements, manage supplier claims and quality notifications, maintain records, coordinate meetings and travel, and improve reporting and processes to support sourcing objectives.

Coordinate customer orders end-to-end, support replenishment and production planning, manage inventory transactions in the ERP, maintain EDI master data (Transus), liaise with logistics providers, monitor supply chain KPIs (OTIF, inventory, waste), support stock counts and continuous improvement initiatives, and provide customer-facing order updates.

Coordinate purchase orders, track vessel and supplier shipments, manage transport logistics and EU import customs documentation, process sales orders and purchase invoices, reconcile stock, handle returns/rejections, liaise with internal teams, and proactively resolve operational issues with commercial awareness.

Lead the finance function including preparation of annual financial statements, month- and year-end close, internal controls, audits and statutory reporting, oversee transactional finance activities, and provide strategic financial leadership to support business decisions.

Oversee general ledger activities, prepare journals, accruals and reconciliations, and support month-, quarter- and year-end closes. Manage AR/AP processes, analyze financial variances, support internal/external audits and statutory reporting, maintain financial controls, assist tax activities, and identify process improvements to increase reporting efficiency.

The Senior Financial Controller will oversee financial reporting and compliance, develop financial forecasts, enhance profitability analysis, and support strategic decision-making within the organization.
