Leads food product and process innovation from concept through commercial production. Develops recipes, validates manufacturing processes, evaluates packaging, coordinates industrial trials, and drives continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, sustainability, cost, and waste reduction. Collaborates with Quality, Production, Sales, Supply Chain, and suppliers while maintaining technical documentation and supporting food safety, HACCP, customer specifications, sensory testing, shelf-life validation, and first-production monitoring.

Manage and grow customer accounts, develop new business, negotiate pricing and commercial programs, monitor market conditions, and support profitable growth. The role requires strong customer relationship management, communication, negotiation, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination with procurement, operations, logistics, quality, and finance teams.

Leads end-to-end supply chain operations across demand and supply planning, inventory, logistics, warehousing, customer service, and S&OP. Develops strategy, manages budgets and KPIs, reduces waste and costs, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates with global and cross-functional teams. Builds and coaches teams across planning, logistics, and customer service while implementing standardized systems, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
