Supports the adoption of university-wide cybersecurity initiatives by assessing change impacts, stakeholder readiness, and adoption requirements. The role develops change plans, communications, training materials, learning resources, dashboards, and reports. It analyzes stakeholder feedback, readiness data, capability gaps, and resistance patterns while engaging diverse teams to translate complex cybersecurity changes into practical business and user outcomes.

Oversees the design, integration, automation, operation, and uplift of enterprise security platforms including IAM, EDR, SIEM, SOAR, WAF, DLP, and cloud controls. Establishes secure-by-design patterns, hardened baselines, policy-as-code guardrails, and automation standards while improving compliance and MTTD/MTTR. Partners with cybersecurity operations, incident response, architecture, and external providers to strengthen resilience and control effectiveness.

Develops workforce plans covering capability, succession, performance, engagement and change; provides workforce analytics and recommendations; oversees employment and industrial relations; leads remuneration, benefits, job architecture and classification frameworks; and manages business partnering teams to strengthen leadership, governance, employee experience and organisational performance.

Design, fabricate, integrate, test, and operate fixed-wing aircraft and drone platforms for research and data collection. Integrate sensors, payloads, flight controllers, communications, and processing systems to support autonomous aircraft and specialized applications. Conduct ground and flight testing, maintain technical and safety documentation, ensure compliant operations, and provide guidance on specialized manufacturing processes.

Coordinates operational delivery of the Associate Degree in Applied Policing’s operational stage, including student support, placement subjects, learning management administration, participation monitoring, assessment logistics, and records management. Supervises Placement Officers and casual staff, manages workloads and development, maintains university and NSW Police Force partnerships, monitors service performance and risks, and implements process improvements.
