Lead academic leadership in teaching, curriculum innovation and high-impact research for the School of Law. Lead and teach Indigenous Education within initial teacher education and postgraduate programs, drive curriculum innovation, supervise HDR and Honours students, publish and attract research grants, mentor colleagues, build partnerships with schools and communities, and contribute to governance and Indigenous student success across the School and University.

Lead business analysis for strategic transformation initiatives: assess current and future state across processes, systems, data and reporting; run workshops and stakeholder engagement; produce feasibility studies, use cases and business cases; support testing, knowledge transfer and implementation readiness; use SQL, Excel, Visio and data visualisation to drive evidence-based decisions; mentor and quality-assure two Business Analysts.

Lead and manage the university payroll function ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery. Oversee governance, risk, audit readiness, and continuous improvement. Interpret complex enterprise agreements and legislation, engage senior stakeholders and regulators, and drive digital transformation and team capability development to deliver trusted payroll services.

Manage lifecycle of research project finances and HDR scholarship administration: budgeting, expenditure monitoring, reconciliations, reporting, compliance, stakeholder advice, and process improvements to support university research funding and financial literacy.

Lead end-to-end HR operations for a large university, ensuring compliant, timely Tier 0/1 service delivery. Drive process improvement, automation and digital enablement, use HRIS and analytics to monitor performance and mitigate risk, and lead and develop a high-performing HR Operations team in partnership with Payroll, Compliance and People functions.

Provide end-to-end research administration and financial support for Institute projects, including project setup, compliance, budgeting, invoicing, purchase orders, risk assessments, records management, and grant budget coordination while liaising with researchers, Finance, Research Services, funders and suppliers.

Provide senior academic leadership to embed experiential and practice-based learning across undergraduate and postgraduate law programs. Design and deliver blended units, lead curriculum quality assurance, mentor early- and mid-career academics, build partnerships with legal practitioners and professional bodies, and advance graduate readiness through industry-informed teaching and assessment.

Lead finance, operations and governance for the student union. Provide strategic financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and audit oversight. Act as Company Secretary supporting Board and committees. Oversee administration, procurement, facilities, policy, risk and compliance to ensure organisational sustainability and strong stakeholder relationships.

Provide secretariat and governance support to university corporate and academic committees: coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, maintain records (TRIM), assist policy and delegation processes, advise stakeholders on governance, administer elections, and ensure compliance with legislative and university requirements.

Lead nursing education and research as an Associate Professor: design and deliver blended undergraduate and postgraduate curricula, supervise postgraduate researchers, lead impactful research projects, build industry and community partnerships, and provide educational leadership across the School and Faculty.

Maintain and integrate WSUSU digital systems including student engagement platforms, websites, payment gateways and data pipelines. Provide technical and user support, manage APIs, centralise data into a data lake, and produce dashboards in Tableau and Power BI. Ensure system reliability, security, access controls, documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to continuously improve platforms.

Coordinate and manage external research partnerships, funding applications, and strategic research programs for the Hawkesbury Institute. Support partner engagement, meetings, budgets, business cases, and compliance for pre- and post-award activity. Monitor funding opportunities, manage the Hort Innovation industry internship program, represent the Institute at conferences, and maintain stakeholder communication to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.

Lead strategy and delivery of integrated marketing and communications for the student union. Oversee digital platforms, social media, websites, analytics, brand and messaging. Manage a small specialist team, support student media, liaise with student leaders, university stakeholders and external partners, and ensure governance, compliance and reputational risk management.

Coordinate and manage the Tutoring for Success program to connect Indigenous students with culturally safe, student-centred academic support. Build relationships with students, tutors and staff, oversee day-to-day delivery, use feedback and data to improve outcomes, and contribute to broader Badanami Centre initiatives that support retention, belonging and student success.
