Lead end-to-end development and delivery of major funded research bids and strategic industry, government and community partnerships. Identify opportunities, build consortia, shape bid strategy, manage proposal development to contract award and implementation, analyse funding and policy landscapes, mentor colleagues, and ensure compliance with university governance and best practice.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support for teaching delivery: coordinate timetabling and class allocations, ensure policy compliance and quality assurance, support academic staff, analyse data to inform planning, manage workloads, and contribute to continuous improvement to enhance student experience.
