Lead design and governance of secure, scalable cyber solution architecture across platforms and cloud environments. Embed secure-by-design principles, produce architecture standards and ADRs, evaluate emerging threats and technologies, advise senior stakeholders, and integrate cyber controls and DevSecOps practices to uplift cyber maturity and ensure resilient, compliant delivery.

Lead business analysis across multiple strategic projects: gather, validate and prioritise requirements; engage stakeholders; contribute to solution design, implementation and change adoption; champion BA practices; support benefits realisation, governance, privacy, security and mentor junior analysts.

Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and shared services for the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliant, timely service delivery. Drive process improvement, automation and digital enablement, partner with HRIS, Payroll and Analytics, use performance data to manage risk, and coach a high‑performing team focused on customer‑centred service.
