Manage Western Reserve Academy’s $3 million unrestricted annual fund, developing donor strategies, segmented outreach, volunteer programs, and personalized stewardship. Partner with advancement, communications, and major gifts teams to increase participation and giving levels. Use data analytics and Raiser's Edge NXT to monitor gifts, generate reports, and create actionable fundraising lists. The role also develops donor-centered messaging across print, social, digital, and email channels while managing a donor portfolio and supporting fundraising events.

Provides administrative and operational support across the Business Office, Facilities Department, Mailroom, Package Locker Room, and Campus Store. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, ordering supplies, coordinating vehicle and facilities requests, managing student mail and package lockers, tracking parking passes, signing for packages, and providing register, inventory, and stocking support. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
