Leads hand-add production operations while ensuring food safety, quality, documentation, housekeeping, and production goals. Conducts huddles, verifies medication logs, inspects materials and finished products, investigates deviations, maintains ingredient and batch traceability records, trains technicians, and supports equipment inspections. Organizes ingredients and inventory, operates forklifts, assists with hand-add tasks, and provides cross-trained backup support. Requires flexibility for overtime and a physically demanding manufacturing environment.

Manages accounting operations for assigned business units, including general ledger, financial close, reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audit support, and process improvement. Supervises and develops accounting personnel, ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP, partners with operational leaders, and improves ERP-enabled reporting and automation processes.

An 18–24-month leadership development program providing hands-on experience in grain and feed facility operations, safety, maintenance, merchandising, inventory, compliance, and people leadership. Trainees receive mentorship and cross-functional training before transitioning into roles such as Elevator Manager, Site Manager, Operations Manager, Merchandiser, or Maintenance Manager. The position requires overnight travel, physical work around grain and feed facilities, and potential relocation.

Grain and Feed Interns gain hands-on exposure to grain handling, feed manufacturing, facility operations, safety, maintenance, quality management, merchandising, and reporting. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, transferring, grading, blending, batching, and loading commodities or feed. Interns complete a project and presentation while developing foundational knowledge for careers in grain and feed facility leadership. The role may involve overnight travel, outdoor work, heights, lifting, dust, chemicals, and variable schedules.
