Entry-level role responsible for hand-add operations, staging ingredients, operating forklifts, maintaining batch documentation, labeling storage containers, and supporting other production roles. Duties include plant cleanup, repetitive material handling, troubleshooting, and maintaining safe, organized work areas. Requires frequent lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and exposure to dust, noise, weather, moving equipment, and manufacturing chemicals. Overtime may be required.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; forklift experience is preferred.

Leads hand-add production operations while ensuring food safety, quality, documentation, housekeeping, and production goals. Conducts huddles, verifies medication logs, inspects materials and finished products, investigates deviations, maintains ingredient and batch traceability records, trains technicians, and supports equipment inspections. Organizes ingredients and inventory, operates forklifts, assists with hand-add tasks, and provides cross-trained backup support. Requires flexibility for overtime and a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
