Provides first-level technical support to internal and external users by phone and remote session. Responsibilities include managing user accounts and access, troubleshooting WAN connectivity, supporting phones and printers, configuring laptops and desktops, remotely controlling computers, documenting issues, and escalating cases. The role requires basic Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, strong customer service, and a willingness to learn.

The Jr. RPA Developer will assess processes, develop RPA solutions using UiPath, integrate systems, ensure QA, document processes, and provide training and support to users.

Support recruitment operations by managing candidate communications, developing applicant pipelines, and ensuring document completion and onboarding processes.
