Lead quality assurance activities and a team of technicians to ensure products meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. Monitor metrics, investigate non-conformances, conduct audits, analyze data, drive corrective/preventive actions, coordinate training and continuous improvement with operations, and maintain quality documentation.

Support HR Manager for a new Licking County facility performing full life-cycle recruiting and onboarding, benefits administration, payroll and timecard review, workers' compensation, HRIS/records maintenance, performance management, employee training, and coordination of wellness, recognition, and other HR programs. Liaise with staffing agencies, manage new hire orientation, and provide HR support to production and management staff.

Support HR under close supervision with recruiting, staffing, onboarding, HR recordkeeping and reporting. Coordinate recruiting events, manage applicant flow and temporary staffing, maintain employee files and HR data, assist with HR communications, facility support, and other assigned HR duties.

Support pre-sale technical and post-sale detailed engineering for engineered-to-order oil & gas equipment. Define technical solutions, produce fabrication drawings and BOMs, engage customers, develop P&IDs, perform process sizing with ProMax, perform ASME pressure-vessel calculations with Codeware COMPRESS, review 3D models/drawings, and ensure compliance with industry codes and standards.

Create 3D models, general arrangement drawings, mechanical fabrication drawings, and P&ID drafting for oil and gas processing equipment. Prepare 3D-model mechanical BOMs, perform peer drawing checks, and complete miscellaneous 2D drafting tasks to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Provide pre-sale technical support and post-sale detailed mechanical/process engineering for engineered-to-order oil & gas equipment. Develop P&IDs, perform process and ASME pressure vessel calculations, review 3D models/drawings, size equipment using ProMax, and produce fabrication drawings and BOMs while coordinating with customers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Develop and maintain resource-loaded Primavera P6 schedules for large multi-discipline fabrication projects. Monitor progress, identify critical path and risks, produce reports, support project managers with mitigation plans, coordinate across engineering/procurement/production/quality/subcontractors, and maintain project document control through closeout.

Manage engineered-to-order projects from quoting through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality compliance. Coordinate engineering, shops, procurement, and customers; maintain job files, schedules, cost tracking, change order pricing, and drawing transmittals. Provide escalation to leadership and support project-related travel and driving requirements.

Lead daily quality assurance activities in a manufacturing plant: manage quality technicians, audits, non-conformance investigations, corrective actions, metrics tracking, training, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company, customer, safety, and regulatory standards.

Manage facility EHS programs to ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, maintain SDS and permits, conduct risk assessments (SFMEA/JHA), deliver training, lead incident investigations and workers' compensation, support continuous improvement and vendor relations.

Support project managers with clerical and administrative tasks: create sales and work orders, maintain electronic project files, arrange shipping, close projects in Epicor ERP, assemble invoicing and manuals, print/transmit project documents, assist forecasting, and perform other assigned project duties.

The Mechanical Engineer supports pre-sale technical and post-sale engineering activities, develops fabrication drawings, and serves as the technical representative for proposals and projects.
