Supports the startup and staffing of a new manufacturing facility through recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, workers’ compensation, HRIS maintenance, employee programs, training, and policy administration. The role partners with employees, managers, staffing agencies, and corporate HR while improving processes and ensuring accurate, timely HR operations.

Operates and sets up machines to produce parts according to blueprints and work orders. Stages materials, performs first-piece and periodic inspections, makes machine adjustments, completes paperwork, labels finished materials, and moves them through production. The role requires safe, productive machine operation, quality checks, physical stamina, blueprint and measuring-device literacy, and adherence to plant safety procedures.

Support HR under close supervision with recruiting, staffing, onboarding, HR recordkeeping and reporting. Coordinate recruiting events, manage applicant flow and temporary staffing, maintain employee files and HR data, assist with HR communications, facility support, and other assigned HR duties.
