Serve as primary HR partner for a ~400-employee portfolio, advising leaders on employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, training, unemployment/EEOC claims, and HR projects to strengthen culture and organizational performance.

Prepare vacant apartment units for move-in by performing minor repairs, completing move-in checklists, maintaining grounds and common areas, picking up debris, and performing additional duties assigned by management. Provide on-call and weekend coverage as needed.

Manage leasing, process applications, handle income collections, move-ins/outs, and resident relations. Maintain reporting, marketing, and bookkeeping tasks. Use Word/Excel/Outlook/Yardi, work one Saturday monthly, and assist with leasing as needed.

Support on-site property management for a 216-unit community: leasing, applications, move-ins/outs, rent collection, resident relations, reporting, marketing, and bookkeeping. Provide backup for Leasing Consultant duties and work one Saturday per month.
