Part-time Recruitment Coordinator supporting recruitment activities for HR consultancy clients. Responsibilities include advertising vacancies on job boards and social media, serving as the first candidate contact, maintaining the internal database, screening CVs, arranging interviews, promoting the business online, and updating the website. The role requires strong administration, customer service, communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and relationship-building skills.

Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies across website content, social media, events, promotions, direct mail, and advertising campaigns. Generate industry-focused content, launch lead-generation campaigns, report on performance, and support Sales and Account Management. Manage event selection, exhibition stands, sales collateral, and post-event reviews while building collaborative relationships across the business.

Oversee the company’s financial management, strategy, budgeting, statutory accounts, monthly management reporting, payroll, tax compliance, cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and finance team operations. The Controller will lead, coach, and develop the finance team while ensuring accurate and timely reporting and compliance with statutory obligations.
